📦 Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
🚚 Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
- Total Delivery Time: From order to arrival — usually 5–7 business days.
- Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or extreme weather.
💲 Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate: $4.99 per order — valid across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Sales Tax: 0% on both products and shipping (in accordance with U.S. tax law).
- No Hidden Fees: The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
🌎 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all 50 U.S. states.
However, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations

Carriers are automatically selected based on your location for the fastest possible delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to follow your package’s journey in real time.
⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and product.
- Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will require a $4.99 reshipping fee.
